Tool Description:

CodeTAP* is a patented, affordable in-circuit debugging tool. It combines Applied Microsystems¦ emulation experience with the latest in custom gate-array technology to give software engineers all the functions they need to solve most problems.
CodeTAP plugs directly into the target device and provides a transparent view of code execution without code modifications or use of target resources. The SoftScope* for Windows debugger is included for source level debug using the same variables and structures originally defined. Assembly level view lets you single step through routines, setting breakpoints on line numbers, program labels, memory addresses, and read/write bus cycles. Interleaved source and assembly display is also available.
